Apa yang kami pasang dan suplai

Mekanikal

Elektrikal

Plumbing

Instalasi pipa, pompa, dan sistem distribusi fluida. Material pipa dan fitting disuplai langsung—tidak ada pengadaan pihak ketiga.

Panel distribusi, instalasi kabel, grounding, dan terminasi. Spesifikasi kabel dan breaker dikonfirmasi sebelum pengadaan dimulai.

Sistem air bersih, air kotor, dan drainase. Instalasi dan uji tekanan selesai dalam satu fase—tidak ada penundaan antar subkontraktor.

CCTV

Jaringan Data

Fire Alarm

Pemasangan kamera, NVR, dan kabel koaksial atau IP. Titik kamera ditentukan sesuai layout bangunan sebelum instalasi dimulai.

Structured cabling, rack dan patch panel, terminasi RJ45. Semua kabel dilabel dan diuji sebelum serah terima.

Panel MCFA, detektor, sprinkler, dan alarm. Instalasi mengikuti standar NFPA dan persyaratan Dinas Pemadam setempat.

Sound System

Akses Kontrol

HVAC & AC

Card reader, electric strike, dan controller jaringan. Hak akses dikonfigurasi dan diuji sebelum gedung beroperasi.

Amplifier, speaker ceiling dan horn, serta kabel audio terstruktur. Zona suara dipetakan sebelum kabel ditarik.

Chiller, AHU, VRF, dan split unit. Pemasangan, pengisian refrigeran, dan commissioning dilakukan oleh satu tim.
